Marketing plan directs you towards your marketing activities. It influences the people to buy your products and services. The plan is used as road map for the organization, if the plan is beautifully constructed then it would help, the organization to achieve their objectives.

Tips and Guidelines for Creating Executive Summary of Marketing Plan:

Introduction:

 Introduce your company in a very contract and beautiful manner; describe all the products and services provided by your organization. Make the list of the all the items of you and provide brief introduction of the each.

Business Time Period:

Describe the time period of the business for how long time you are running this business, if you already running it successfully then tell about your achievements , rewards and success, but if it newly born business then describe your qualifications, certificates and experience for being eligible for such business operation.

Business Partners:

It is most important in the Marketing plan summary that you must introduce your business partners with their respective qualifications. You must tell the reader the nature of the business either it is sole proprietorship, partnership, organization with limited ability or it is a cooperation. If it is proprietorship then how you leading it, if it is partnership then who are the concerned partners and how they are making their aid to the business?

Management Structure:

You should describe the management team working in your organization, the key managers and board of directors with their qualifications and why they have been hired to such posts. Make a list of the key employees and include the copies of their resumes along it. Enlist the name of the board of director’s as well. Describe the management’s salary and if any training required mention that too. Explain how the organization works, what the departments are and how they interact with each other. The structure if the organization’s working that how the information is flown from one point to another.

Outsourcing:

In outsourcing describe if you are getting some outsource support from someone like some lawyers or accountants.

Mission Statement and Objectives:

The mission statement is a statement around which the business evolves. It describes the purpose and need of your business. It works by providing quality products or services on manageable prices. The mission statement defines your business nature so it is very crucial to make a clear mission statement. The objectives are the ways which are adopt by the organization to get their goals defined in the mission statement. The objectives are the most significant entity for the mission statement, because in objectives we plan out that how we can get the desired results stated in the mission statement.

Conclusion:

While making the conclusion you must make the brief statement of the marketing strategies. What are the resources available to the organization, in what time period this could be produced and what the cost would be for the production, and how this could be converted into useful profits?

At the conclusion use such words which influence the reader to read out the complete marketing plan report.
